Looking for Tinnitus relief?

Less stress and better sleep?

Our technology is key.

Tinnitus is a neurological disorder. A symptom that can be triggered by 200 potential health conditions. This tone, or noise, can cause you stress and anxiety, and even disrupt your sleep.

How we help relieve tinnitus

To help relieve tinnitus, AudioVitality has developed a unique, natural, and non-invasive technology – not a medical device. Sounds that you feel – that you hear – sounds that are personalized with your own tinnitus frequency and that help you reach a state of deep relaxation.

14 %

of the world's population is affected by tinnitus!

According to a recent meta-analysis1, the conclusions of which are based on the study of nearly 90 solid works, nearly 14.4% of the world’s population is affected by this symptom to varying degrees, including 120 million people (2.3%) by a severe form that can even impact their quality of life.

At the AudioVitality Center

In our Center in Lausanne (Switzerland), or in Paris (France), immerse yourself in a regenerating experience of deep relaxation through whole body vibration: the non-invasive stimulation of organs and tissues, both on the surface and deep down, promotes your general well-being and the vitality of your body.

Tinnitus relief is a matter of time

The physiological and neurophysiological dimensions of AudioVitality’s RubesaSounds help relieve tinnitus perceived by the brain.

Relieving tinnitus takes time, especially if you have been suffering for several years. However, after a few sessions – around 5 – you should feel that something is happening, that the immovable is starting to move: this is the start of the relief process.

A unique Swiss innovation, not a medical device.

Best for
letting go
and relaxing.

Stress is undoubtedly an evil of our society. It causes emotional, physical and behavioural symptoms. It can affect sleep and contribute to tinnitus. So what can help relieve tinnitus? Deep relaxation and letting go.

How does our therapy start

Because tinnitus impacts your quality of life, we start our therapies with a key measure, a worldwide reference: the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI). Whether in our centers or remotely, our therapists also characterise the tinnitus by reproducing the sound that only you hear: a first milestone.

  • Slight or no handicap

Only heard in a quiet environment.

  • Mild handicap

Easily masked by environmental sounds and easily forgotten with activities.

  • Moderate handicap

Noticed in presence of background noise, although daily activities can still be performed.

  • Severe handicap

Almost always heard, leads to disturbed sleep patterns and can interfere with daily activities.

  • Catastrophic handicap

Always heard, disturbs sleep patterns and causes difficulty with any activities.

89% of severe cases reach a clinically significant reduction after only 5 sessions.

As tinnitus is essentially a subjective perception, we estimate the impact of tinnitus with the THI2 questionnaire before the treatment and then every 5 sessions.

On a panel of 60 people, 89 % of severe cases (THI grades 4 and 5), showed a clinically significant reduction of their tinnitus handicap. Of the whole panel – also including slight to moderate tinnitus severity – more than half (57 %) of people had a clinically significant reduction.

These results are very encouraging, considering the under-representation of severe cases compared to a traditional clinical setting.

Monitoring the evolution at each stage

By regularly characterising the tinnitus and assessing its impact on the course of the program, our therapists will measure the neurophysiological effect on the perception of the tinnitus at each stage of the AudioVitality therapy.

AudioVitality 4D sounds technology

  • Low frequency

Specific ultra-low frequencies to provide an immersive spatial experience.

  • Continuous

Succession of 3-minutes continuous sounds enabling neuronal action.

  • Structured

Range of temperaments inducing mental effects from relaxation to stimulation.

  • Neuromodulated

Targeted neuromodulation inducing improvements on sleep, stress, focus.

Market alternative solutions are more palliative than curative.

Despite the obvious need for effective solutions, current treatment and management approaches remain conventional. These include hearing aids, cochlear implants, counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, sound masking, tinnitus retraining therapy and brain stimulation.

And market’s sound masking effect remains temporary.

Presenting an external stimulus corresponding to the frequency of the tinnitus is to “hide” the perception of the tinnitus – useful to divert attention from the tinnitus. It can even suppress – unfortunately only briefly – the tinnitus after the sound stimulation in some cases, a process called residual inhibition.
