1. Mode of operation

Sessions can be booked in advance via the "RESERVATION" module of the website.

The first step is to choose the date of the meeting, enter the information requested, then validate the form.

In a second step, you will have to pay for the reserved session by choosing your means of payment (Cf "2. Means of payment").

Once the payment has been validated and verified, you will then receive a confirmation email for this appointment.

2. Payment methods

The means of payment offered are: payment in cash after the session and bank transfers through the site.

3. Absences at the meeting and reimbursement

Any appointment to be canceled by the patient must imperatively be justified and canceled 24 hours before the session initially reserved. In this case, the amount advanced for the session will be quickly refunded to you.

In the event of unjustified absence or cancellation by the patient less than 24 hours before the session, the session is due, this is why the costs advanced are not then subject to reimbursement.

These rules are necessary for the framework defined by any session.

4. Method of reimbursement

When reimbursement is applicable, it takes place by the same method of payment as that used by the customer, except in exceptional cases.
